Saanvi Partani - Jan. 2024

Both the high school varsity and junior varsity teams are having phenomenal seasons as we come out of winter break. The varsity team is dominanting in numerous games, building both chemistry and growing as a team since the start of the season. Despite it being only his first year of basketball, Aditya Baheti has emerged as a remarkable force on the court, combining aggressiveness and sheer hustle. Adithya Prem’s impressive free-throw percentage has played a pivotal role in securing victories, while Neil Srivatsa has consistently contributed as top scorer. Aditya Subramanian and Johan Jijo have also been instrumental in regards to the team’s success.

Meanwhile, the high school boys’ junior varsity team has matched the varsity team’s excellence, recently securing a win against Apostles Lutheran. Victor Pan delivered the perfect game-winning basket, while Dev Karwa’s impressive three-point shooting proved invaluable during clutch moments. Junyan’s fluid drives to the basket and stellar blocking skills have significantly contributed to the teams’ success. Equally, Ayan Tuteja’s tenacity and determination on the court have solidified his role as an indispensible asset to the team.

With both teams doing exceptionally well, we are on the edge of our seats to see what they accomplish next!
