The middle school girls basketball A-Team has been having a great season so far! They have an impressive win loss ratio of 4 to 1, showing their determination and teamwork! Their favorite win so far has been their game against Basis Independent where they went into double overtime and came out victorious with a one point lead, making them 41 to 40. While there were some blowout wins that the team had, namely their impressive 52-9 win, their favorite was still their closest game, displaying the hard work and commitment they have. In that game against Basis, the one of the captains of the team, Mila Luo, scored a phenomenal 28 points, with 6 three pointers! Meanwhile, in the team’s game against Maryhill on January 10th, the other captain, Rhea Ananthateerta, was the lead scorer, displaying her impressive leadership and talent. When the team is in the lead, the team also make sure to try and get everyone to participate and score, showing just how much teamwork is an important part of their strategy!
