From January 10th–12th, Stratford Preparatory Blackford DECA kicked off the competition season with a stellar performance at the Silicon Valley CDC! Our dedicated members competed in various individual and team events, including role plays and prepared presentations, and their hard work paid off. The team brought home an impressive five first-place finishes, three second-place finishes, five third-place finishes, and six additional top finalist recognitions. We are incredibly proud of our members' commitment and achievements. Here’s a breakdown of the outstanding results: Aditya Prem with first place overall in the entrepreneurship event, Maanvitha Akella and Nicki Yazdi winning third place overall in the Buying and Merchandising Operations Research Event, Jody Liu also winning third place overall in the Apparel and Accessories Marketing Event, and many more other awards that were won by other members. Congratulations to all our participants and winners! Your achievements reflect the dedication and excellence of our DECA chapter.
